Lonnie Hobbs has had a diverse and exciting legal career, focusing in the area of energy law. He is a unique combination of seasoned trial attorney and in-house counsel; the combination of both law firm and in-house perspectives provides value to his clients. He began his career as a trial lawyer and tried cases for twelve years in the Permian Basin area of west Texas. For sixteen years, he served as in-house counsel for Key Energy Services, Inc., where he managed the litigation section as Vice President of Litigation and Contracts. Lonnie initiated, formed, and led Key’s contracts department in coordination with the risk management, credit, operations, business development, and accounting departments.

Amy typically guides clients through document signing and funds handling with efficiency and professionalism. Meanwhile, Samantha excels at coordinating communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals to keep the process moving smoothly.
